Return Policy

If you need to return an item, here’s a straightforward guide to help you through the process:

Submit A Support Ticket

Email us at sales@rubber-mats.co.za with your return request, including any supporting documents or pictures. For additional assistance, you can also contact our Online Support Centre at 082 534 3320. Our agents will guide you through the necessary steps.

Returning Small To Medium-Sized Items

In-Store Return: You can return your item at any Rubber Mats store nationwide for a full refund. Please bring all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Courier Collection: If you prefer a collection, email us with your order number in the subject line and include four pictures showing the outer packaging and the product. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the item.
Returning Large Items

For larger items, email us with your order number in the subject line and attach four pictures of the packaging and product. We will then arrange for collection.

Changing Your Mind Or Cancelling Your Order

You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return an unused item in its original sealed packaging if you change your mind. You may be responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns will be inspected before refunds are issued.

Receiving The Wrong Or Damaged Item

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, call 082 534 3320 to schedule a collection. After assessing the returned product, we will send the correct item. Please ensure that promotional or bundled items are returned as well.

6-Month Warranty

If you discover a product defect or safety issue within 6 months of purchase, you can return the item for repair, replacement, or a refund. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by lightning, power surges, misuse, or failure to follow the product manual. We may assess the item to determine the cause of the defect.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Rubber Mats will honor all manufacturer warranties. If your item becomes faulty after 6 months but is still within the manufacturer’s warranty, we will send it for repairs. The manufacturer will decide whether to repair or replace the item.

Repairs After The Warranty Expires

If the warranty has expired and you want the item repaired, we can arrange it for you. You will receive a quote within 10 days for approval. There may be an assessment fee regardless of whether the repair proceeds, and you will be responsible for all associated costs.

Additional Information

Repairs during the manufacturer’s warranty typically take up to 21 days. If it takes longer, you will either receive a replacement or a refund.
Cash on Delivery is not available for online purchases. Delivery fees are charged at checkout.
